The term competence describes potential and real ability to solve strategic corporation tasks, implement knowledge skills balance interests stakeholders. model personnel used in management will allow solving various tasks field advancing company achieve goals, ensuring competitiveness more.
 article proves that competency should include directly depend on values (organization, enterprise) are universal for all its employees, as well managers which necessary perform responsibilities planned result.
 Corporate (key) general, aimed at forming maintaining culture implementation goals formed due influence managerial, professional personal competencies. Management list required managerial responsibilities. Professional characterize knowledge, abilities effective performance work a particular position, abilities, developmental motives, etc. Personal relate individual employee high self-organization, communication data, etc.
